 The UAE’s Big Breakfast is a fund-raising event that helps in the fight against a disease that affects one in four UAE Nationals – Thalassaemia, an inherited blood disorder that affects the production of hemoglobin and results in severe anemia.
It has the objective to collect big money for Thalassaemia, aiming for more than AED1million this year. The money raised is used on research, education and prevention programmes and to support sufferers of Thalassaemia and their families.
